I was really impressed by how welcoming the staff was when I stayed for a few nights. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful Chedi Luang Temple and the peaceful Buak Hard Public Park, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable.

The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel special. One evening, after a day of exploring, we returned to find a surprise fruit platter waiting for us in our room, along with a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our time together.

It was not inexpensive but it felt worth it for what we received.

Excellent service, excellent location, particularly thanks to Beer for helping us organize an elephant sanctuary visit at short notice and the room was a good size considering the very central location, allowing us to easily open our two suitcases even with an extra cot for our baby.

I loved the unlimited snacks and ice cream. the French toast was a delicious highlight for breakfast! The pool area was simply relaxing, enhancing my stay immensely. I would definitely return!

During my stay at 99 The Heritage Hotel-Sha Extra Plus Certified, I was highly impressed by the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive and ensured my needs were met, such as assisting with setting up my business presentation equipment. The breakfast offered a variety of freshly made dishes, including local favorites, alongside complimentary snacks and ice cream throughout the day. The hotel’s prime location allowed for easy access to key business areas and cultural sites.

Additionally, the communal bathrooms were not cleaned regularly, and it was unsettling to use them after returning from our outings. To top it off, we didn’t receive the room we originally booked, which felt disappointing and disorganized.

i had a fantastic stay at 99 the heritage hotel. it’s perfectly located in the old quarter, just 5 minutes from the temples. the charming decor, with old paintings and tropical plants, created a lovely atmosphere. the unlimited snacks and ice cream really added to the experience! the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
